UITmarkt 2008 Hoping for the sun and you to join us at the UITmarkt in Amsterdam Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August where we can tell you about our plans for the next season. Solo's en duet in Cobra Museum The exhibition ‘Gewoon anders’ (Just different) in the Cobra Museum focuses on sexual diversity and identity in the world of visual art over the past decade. The exhibition will end in the weekend of 19-21 September with a number of performances by Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel among others. De Parade in Berlijn Following the succesfull performances at the Parade this summer Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel travels to Germany for the special end of summer edition: the Berlin Boulevard of Broken Dreams. Giubileo Giubileo, Italian for jubilee, is a festive production to celebrate the 30-year existence of Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel together with guest choreographers, a great tableau of dancers and a exhibition to evoke memories of the groups' rich history. Conexão Internacional da Dança The cultural ties between the Netherlands and Brazil will be celebrated at the beginning of November 2008 with a festival in which professional Dutch dance companies present themselves to the Brazilian public in São Paulo. STUK STUK has more than one meaning in Dutch: it could mean 'broken', 'a piece' or 'handsome guy'. Krisztina de Châtel chose this title for a new work she's creating for a group of men who suffer from damaged sexual development. Winterparade 2008 The 8th edition of the Winterparade in the Westergasfabriek includes some performances by Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel.
